Mike and Lee Mizenko came out and took the Youngstown treasure challenge.  They were able to wind their way through the clues and get to the final objective without being followed.  Their reward was a portion of the gold and certificates stating that they solved the Youngstown treasure.

We took a few extra moments at the end and asked them a few questions about their adventure.

When asked, “What did you like best about the adventure?”, Lee responded with:

I liked everything. I know we got lost a few times, but I think once the directions are added in there for people who don’t know the park, that would make the navigation part easier. The price seems very reasonable, I know that Dark Shadow Ghost Tours puts a lot to everything they do, and these event was no different.

Mike responded with:

I want you to know that I had a fun time with this. I like things that are challenging and this was right up my alley.   This was a fun filled afternoon, seeing the covered bridge, going through the mill, solving the clues, getting gold, certificates, collectors can, and a snack.  Worth the price of a ticket. Would love to do something like this again.

Mike and Lee also provided us with some awesome suggestions to help tweak the treasure hunt to make the experience even better for the next group.   We have already changed around a few things to help with the navigation through the park (For those who are not from around the Youngstown area) and have implemented some “secret” suggestions.

Are you going to be the next one to take the challenge?
