  3. What if I can't figure out the clues?

We have operatives that will be watching... if you do not show up in a specific time period, we will check on you.

  4. Do I have to drive?

Yes, unless you are in a group and someone else drives... or you are extremely fit and can walk 6 miles quickly (though this is not recommended.)

  5. Will there be walking?

Yes, there will be walking, including stairs and hiking trails. Unfortunately, the historical buildings are not all wheelchair accessible.

  6. Is there actually gold?

Yes and No. Yes if you solve the clues and get to the end of the hunt, there will be a small tube of gold flakes for each member of your party. No, there is no buried gold treasure in Youngstown (not that we are aware of anyways) as we made up the hunt. Though it is documented that John Young was paid $2000.00 in gold by Daniel Sheehy as payment for a portion of Young's Township land.

Alcohol is not provided as driving is required for completion of the hunt. We want you to be safe, so we go with "Don't Drink and Drive." You will be able, however, to purchase any additional food and drinks (alcohol as well) that you wish at the food stop so?
